Exteriors
- Prep-work is 70% of the job ( Full pressure wash, scraping, sanding, priming, caulking, are just a few of the steps we take)
- We only use the best paints from Sherwin Williams.
- We use high quality caulking with on all interiors and exteriors.
- We sand and prime all raw wood areas with XIM PealBond, or an exterior alkyd based primer prior to application of finish coat.
- We caulk soffits, exposed nails, batting; trim seams, and more. (anywhere there isn't paint to protect the wood)
- We do not get over spray on foundation, windows, concrete walkways, roofing, or other areas not to be painted.
- We back roll paint after application (where necessary).
- We can replace damaged trim or small amounts of siding.
- We leave your house and yard cleaner than when we arrived.
